The future home of the Cone's! That interview we dropped Daddy off for paid off and he's now one of several assistant principals at the brand new Lady Bird Johnson high school in San Antonio. Mommy will start teaching in Schertz, and in the next few weeks, we'll be moving in to this house in San Antonio - just off IH35 and O'Connor. Mason and Carter will attend daycare with their buddies Hunter and Holten and get to go to chapel twice a week YEAH! This all happened quick so excuse us if we have forgotten to update!

Target Rocks!
Mason will tell you that "Target rocks" but Carter can just babble, even though he feels the same way. We got an early start when we dropped Daddy off for his interview so we were still in our night-nights when we hit Target. This Target had different seats but Carter liked them because it made him more like a big boy!

Silly Faces

Carter is a pretty regular baby as far as his routines go - all his routines! Ever evening during supper, he gets quiet and gets a serious look on his face. Sometimes you hear a little grunt or two, but it always ends with a little smirk. Isn't he cute?!! (notice we still have plenty of drool - that top tooth really needs to come in soon).
And Who Stands Alone?
I think the Cheese is supposed to stand alone, but lately it's been Carter. He has been getting closer and closer to standing on his own and I think we have an official standing on his own today. He's up for several, maybe even 6 or 7 seconds, then he's down. He gets pretty excited and even claps for himself. He's walking along everything he can, and he loves to push the dining room chairs across the kitchen. Good thing we didn't spend money on any walkers - we already had 6 of them!
