Playing Outside

As with most boys, ours love going outside to play. Tonight we actually ate dinner outside on the porch. They boys kept throwing their footballs over the railing and then they'd run down 'the hill' to get their ball and run back up to throw it again.

C had a little fall over Easter that ended up with a little blood-shed on his eye, the same spot where he had the earlier black eye (see previous post). C started the week with a sinus infection and ended with the stomach bug. We were very glad today when he ate all of his Chik-fil-a nuggets at lunch and tons of corn dog at supper tonight. He's finally back to himself!

Night, Night, Ball Boy!

We have been having some difficulties getting Carter to go to sleep for about a week now, off and on - unless we take him to our bed and lay down with him until he falls asleep. Which might explain this picture Daddy took this weekend after he'd been playing a while. He sure does love balls! He'll spend forever throwing balls into his basketball hoop we have downstairs, and he'll make more shots than he misses.

Hopping down the Bunny Trail.....

The Easter Bunny made his usual stop at in Seguin at the Lions Club breakfast. For the second year in a row, we have had to take a family picture with the Easter Bunny, and luckily the official picture was taken with both boys actually appearing to be smiling, somehow. Must be that great photographer Melanie Krause, with Just Smiles Photography (she did our wedding pictures!).
